Include the following information in your email:

• 1st and 2nd Choice Room Numbers

• Date of arrival

• Date of checkout

• Include how many four-day meal plans you would like to purchase

• An emailed invoice will be sent to you for digital online payment. A 50% deposit within 24 hours is compulsory for any room to be reserved.
