About Us/Policies

As Caregivers we live on the grounds, available to give you the five-star treatment you deserve. Whatever your needs, we will do everything we can to make the time you spend with us unforgettable. Have a special request: romance, chocolate trays, roses, picnic basket full of goodies,  just ask and we will try to accomodate. 

We can prepare meals for self service from our menu with advanced purchase and notice. We can cater your special event with advance notice and will be happy to visit with you about the choices you need.

Full day (9a-12m) rental $1950.00. This includes full use of the downstairs area and pool.  A 20% deposit required to hold the date, which will be refunded following your clean-up and the final inspection completed. (Note: the deposit is forfeited on cancellation.) Inside table and chairs for 100 provided, outside chairs available for rent. Payment in full required 4 weeks prior to event. We accept most major credit cards, checks, or cash. Please call us with your dates and questions and confirmation of reservations.

Facility is  non-smoking, there are designated areas "outside" of the building away from entry areas. Violations will generate a $200 dollar clean-up fee.

Daily rate for breakfasts/brunches/lunches for $35.00 per person for 5 hours use.
